On 30 January 2025, Oadby and Wigston Borough Council approved Davidsons’ outline application for 87 dwellings on a site in Wigston, fronting Welford Road. The application was supported by our Transport Assessment and Travel Plan. For a pleasant change highways was not the most problematic issue, and instead it was dealing with concerns about stray rugby balls from the adjacent South Leicester Rugby Club.
