Another lengthy battle is concluded, this time in Bottesford. Last week, the outline planning application for a residential development of 250 houses received a resolution to grant consent at Melton Borough Council’s planning committee meeting. Our work on the project started in June 2015 with promotional work for the Neighbourhood Plan, so we are up to nine years so far. There has been some complex access issues to resolve, including a lengthy access road on the former railway alignment, and new bridge over the River Devon. Housing layout by nineteen47 below.
