South East Coalville Sustainable Urban Extension is a major residential-led development designed to support the long-term growth of Coalville. The project will deliver approximately 3,500 new homes alongside essential infrastructure, community facilities, and sustainable transport connections, creating a thriving new neighbourhood for future generations.
The scale of the development required a coordinated approach to planning, transport, and infrastructure delivery. Comprehensive assessments, strategic masterplanning, and phased infrastructure solutions were essential to support sustainable growth while ensuring efficient connectivity across the development.
