It’s always lovely to hear news of developments we have work on and how they have turned out. Charterpoint Group’s planning application for redevelopment of a former nursery and garden centre in the green belt at Banstead for 10 houses was allowed at appeal. It has been built out by Riverdale Developments Ltd and renamed Royal Oaks. We think it looks rather good.
