On 7 January 2025, South Derbyshire District Council resolved to grant consent to Harworth’s outline application for 150 dwellings at Cadley Park in Swadlincote. The application was supported by our Transport Assessment and Travel Plan, and continues our assistance to Harworth’s redevelopment plans of the former colliery area. Site D sits between Site A (being built by Cameron Homes) and Site C (being built by Avant Homes). Masterplan by Pegasus.
