At the 28 October 2025 Charnwood Plans Committee, Bellway’s reserved matters application for 130 dwellings was approved. The planning officer’s excellent presentation highlighted the compliance between FPCR’s illustrative masterplan approved with the outline consent we supported in 2021, and Bellway’s detailed layout.
