Working again with Tungsten Properties and their team, we have helped secure planning consent for Super W, a 244,000sqft speculative industrial unit at the former Travis Perkins facility at Appleton Thorn Trading Estate in Warrington. The application was supported by our Transport Assessment and Travel Plan and will deliver around 200 jobs.
