Despite officer’s recommendation for refusal, at the June committee meeting, Newark & Sherwood District Councillors resolved to grant a redevelopment of land at the existing Harrison’s car showroom on Southwell Road in Lowdham. Our transport advice supported the proposed convenience store, coffee shop and relocation of the Gonaldston Farm shop.

We have successfully provided transport advice to support an allowed appeal against Newark & Sherwood District Council’s refusal of an application for holiday let accommodation at Wellow in Nottinghamshire. Arguments swung around the existing use of the site and the traffic impact at the A616 Rufford Lane crossroads.
